1. Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be provided for any reason.

Tickets must be presented (printed or electronic) for event entry.

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

2. Event Entry

Entry requires a valid All White Access, or Rho Luxe Seating ticket.

Attendees with Rho Luxe tickets only are guaranteed reserved seating. All White Access Seating is first-come, first-served.

3. Event Changes

Artist lineups, performance times, and event schedule are subject to change without notice.

The event will proceed rain or shine.

Event organizers reserve the right to reschedule or alter event details if necessary for safety or operational reasons.

4. Behavior and Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.

Any disorderly conduct, illegal activity, harassment, or violation of event policies may result in removal without refund.

No unauthorized recordings, livestreams, or professional photography without written permission.

5. Liability Waiver

Attendees assume all risks associated with attending a public event, including but not limited to injury, illness, theft, or loss.

Rho Omega & Friends Inc, event staff, sponsors, and venue owners are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred before, during, or after the event.

6. Health & Safety

All attendees must comply with current health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the event.

By attending, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risk of exposure to illness or other health-related risks.

7. Photography & Media Release

By entering the event premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. Your likeness may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Agreement

Your purchase of a ticket and attendance at the event signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Organizers reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
